This essential training course consists of 6 video-based modules which will show you how to carry out the following challenging conversations with an employee.
- Module 1 – an employee who is repeatedly late for work;
- Module 2 – an employee who is off sick frequently;
- Module 3 – an employee who is not performing their job effectively;
- Module 4 – an employee who has been accused of harassing a colleague;
- Module 5 – an employee who has upset a customer;
- Module 6 – an employee who has upset a patient, if you work in a health-based practice.
The course will take you through what to DO and SAY in each situation, using professional actors to demonstrate each conversation and you will be able to implement what is covered immediately.

About the instructor
My name is Josie Hastings and I have run my own management training company for 25+ years. My company specialises in helping business owners, managers, supervisors and team leaders to deal with the challenging areas of managing their staff such as poor performance, persistent lateness, sickness absence and complaints about an employee’s behaviour from colleagues and customers or patients.
I use professional actor-coaches to show attendees how to plan for and carry out these difficult conversations at work. We have worked in a range of industries and sectors and trained literally thousands of people to carry out challenging conversations with their employees
I have now converted this face-to-face training into a highly effective on-line training format so that more managers, supervisors and team leaders can develop their feedback skills.
